If alien species have reached a level of technological advancement similar or beyond our owm, then yes it is likely that they have invented photography and taken photos of themselves. If not, not. I reckon that it is highly likely that there are at least some alien species which have reached a level beyond ours, so yes.

If you mean "are there any photos of aliens taken on Earth by humans?", then the answer is no because they have not visited Earth.

Hippy - Yes, of course they are. But women have never been photographed, so there aren't any photos of them.
