how to quote e.mail address.

hi everyone, and happy new year.
i have noticed on this site, that when
someone recomends a web site or e.mail
address, that it is printed in red, how is this
done ??

I don't know how other people do it, but I open the web page, right click and copy the address in the address bar and paste here.

It goes red and becomes a hyperlink automatically.

yep, as long as the http:// bit is in front, the website automatically recognises it as a hyperlink and highlights it
