Just an update....

Some of you may remember me asking for your help in naming my (soon to be dog) originally named Kiri. Well, good news, we got her today, I drove up in my brother's car to collect her and we have decided to keep her name after all!!

Just thought you guys would like to know.

good for you i have only joint this site today (sorrry thinks it was yesterday now) and one of the first posts that I read was yours that you did not like the name kiri hope she settles well in her new home and will be as happy as my little bounce is (hes a golden retriever) called bouncer or bounce for short and I think kiri is a brill name let us know how she gets on.

Congratulations. I love the name Kiri. Don't think you will find too many dogs with that name and it could spark a bit of conversation whilst out walking.

I hope that you enjoy your new 'child'. Remember that she will be on her best behaviour to start with, working out how to wrap you around her little paw. Females are more intelligent than males (of any species) so she should be a fun companion.

I am still waiting to adopt a vicious little evil moggie.

Thanks guys, if I knew how to post pictures or web addresses for pictures, I'd put up a few of her.
She decided she likes to sleep on my parent's bed at night, but likes to jump (i.e. pounce) on mine first thing in the morning when she has decided I need to get. This is at around 5.30am though....

I'll give her a kiss and cuddle from you all, she seems to like those :)
