Painful sinuses, eyes and vdu screens!!!!

Arrrrrrrrghhhhhhhh!!!

I've been in almost unbearable pain since about 1.30. I've tried eyedrops, taken a half hour break, sitting in an empty dark office, lying on the floor and sniffed some vicks and its still enormously painfulll!

I don't want to go home yet as it keeps feeling like coming and going, like its throbbing really heavy.

I'm aware that VDU screens are really bad but what has this got to do with my sinuses? Throbbing pain behind my eyes and sinuses.

Sounds like your coming down with something, possibly a bad cold or flu (mind you, it would definitely be flu if one of us men got it!!)

Strange, I feel absolutey bouncy today! Perhaps I was staring and concentrating too hard at my VDU yesterday...
