Why would you want to do that ? Nivea night and day cream are good, but the best place for eyes is on the feet especially in the summer months.

we dont have seasons like summer in scotland we just have different amounts of rain. nivea cream is too heavy and claggey.
maybe if your lids are sagging so much they cause a problem, or if you can prove you are so emotionally scarred that it is causing you mental health problems. Eye lifts really are that pricey, save up and have it done in a year or so.

Like any proceedure on the NHS if there is a genuine medical reason and referred by a Dr for the Opp. Then i do not see why not. But if it is just for vanity reason's then you would have very little to zero chance of having it done under the NHS.
paul just you be careful you dont fall off your soap box and require the assistance of the N H S because they will be too bust doing cosmetic surgery to deal with any fractures you may have sustained. : )
My cousins wife got diet pills and a tummy tuck.....she had to cry a lot though and pretend if was effecting her mental health, but she got it
