Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

If James is 5 & Henry is 3 what are 4& 6?
I am sure they are Thomas the Tank Engine Friends Gordon and Percy but what is the connection with an ancient name for part of Scotland?

I know Cragside was the first house to be lit by electric light but who switched them on?

Thomas the tank engine and friends had all their adventures on the Isle of Sodor. Sordor is the name of a defunct area of Scotland.

The action in the Thomas the Tank Engine books takes place on the island of Sodor. Sodor was ceded to Scotland by Norway in mediaeval times; it was a mediaeval scottish bishopric - surviving today as Bishop of Sodor and Man

Many thanks.I found a site with a map of Sordor and checked all the place names but no reference to Scotland.I feel ashamed as I was born and lived in Scotland most of my life! Thanks for your time and help.
