nail crisis

i use opi to strengthen my nails (been a biter for 40+ years) but the baby small on my right hand keeps breaking, any tips?

Instead of getting a nail strengther, go to a pharmacist and ask about nail products that'll stop you biting them. I used to bite my nails too, you put it on your nails like varnish but everytime you put it in your mouth it tastes like chemicals and bleach. It'll deffinately stop you from biting them. xx

I have found and used an excellent product for nails called Nail Eat Nail Drink - it has worked total wonders in just 3 weeks - I really would give this a go. It was about �15 for the both bottles - hope it helps x

I,ve used OPI products on my nails for over 10 yrs now - and they are the best nail products around. I always get nice comments about my nails. If it breaks it may be for 2 reasons - its either too dry or brittle - so it,ll need oil ( try OPI's avoplex - or its to weak - which I would just suggest doubling up the nail envy ( I,m assuming your using ) on that nail - so 2 coats. I also use scientifique by mavala which seals the layers of your nails should they peel or be weak.. Good luck !
