disciplinary action.
there was a serious accident at my place of employment where my supervisor was injured.
Because nobody was wearing the appropriate ppe and safety gear ie safety harness the management want to discipline everyone involved.Bearing in mind that in this place of work there was never any form of H&S or training given to anyone,no risk assesments ,no method of work carried out,how am i placed

If they insist on disciplining you, you should contact your union, if you are in one, or consider using the 'whistle blowing' procedures to raise the lack of h&s training, risk assessments, etc, with the HSE.
