Appears to have originated on the TV show Simpson's (which, thankfully, I've never watched). It seems to mean a command, similar to "Bug off" (or worse) (i.e. "Leave me alone!" "Go away!" etc.) Note: not considered vulgar but usually considered inappropriate in more formal settings. (Source The On-line Slang Dictionary)
