Hi
Our 15month old has just been diagnosed as lactose intolerant.
I'm shouting out for advice on best places to buy,best choice of foods, recipes etc. you guys know everything HELP !! please.

I think you are going to be cooking everything from fresh so you know whats in the food etc

I do recommend Kallo stock cubes btw as they are gluten free aswell. My favourite kids cook book is by
Annabel Karmel, there's some lovely recipes in it and the one that went down well was chicken and apple meatballs with sage and thyme. It did have breadcrumbs in it but that can be ommited.
Is littlun egg intolerant too?
