my fence has blown down in the high winds its on the right hand side as i look out from my house into tthe garden does anyone know who is responsible to replace it?me or my neighbour?thanks in anticipation.

1. ownership of the fence &
2. who's land does it stand on.
Doesn't make any difference which side if the house its on, its all down to the person who paid for it if its on the boundary. But of course if it belongs to the neighbour then then they don't have to replace it. If you want it replaced and they don't then its down to you
