yorkie problem

Hi my yorkie had an upset stomach and started soiling in the house because he could not control it, now he is better and back to normal but continues to do this at about 4 oclock every morning even though he is let out every evening before bed time and has lots of walks through out the day, any ideas how to stop him doing this? he is three years old.

Try feeding him earlier in the day, so the food has been digested and passed through before bedtime.
