What do you think to these two people possibly being given the opportunity to have IVF - on tax payers money!

Bearing in mind of course - the man is still serving a long prison sentence for cold blooded murder & the woman is an ex-prisoner (benefit fraud).

Oh & BTW, she already has 3 children from her first marriage!

Exactly Llamatron - not only that, there are more deserving people in this world who can't have children, but are being denied IVF!

Also, I don't think I'd be too enamoured to find I'd been 'specially made' for a cold blooded murderer of a Father - the Mother's background is bad enough! (Although it certainly wouldn't be the fault of the child if the IVF treatmant is granted & does produce one).

Personally I don't beleive that fertility treatment should be available on the NHS full stop. It's not like there's a shortage of people. If people are willing to pay then fine. It therefore follows that I do not think these 2 should be allowed have IVF either. That's without any discussion of the likely attributes of the offspring!

To answer the Q - no of course they shouldn't be given IVF, it is utterly absurd, even more so than given him the vote (which is going to happen I believe) and compensating convicted smack heads for depriving them of drugs.

It just simply beggars belief - and no doubt the 'uman rights lawyers representing them are creaming the legal aid from us.

Yep, thousands of tax payers money has already been spent on this one case alone & no doubt there are thousands more in the kitty ready to be spent on undeserving criminals, inside & outside of prison!

As you say, that's without all the other requests for sex changes & compensation for this, that & the other!!!! It's utterly ridiculous!

Talking of dogs nuts flip-flop - it's absolutely freezing out there, so it wouldn't take much for a 'dog' to end up looking like a 'bitch' after being out in it!
