My mum has been watching Countdown all week with the young lad on, about 11. She is sure he won yesterday, but he wasn't on today (Friday) for some reason. Don't think he's been on for the allowed number of times. Does anybody know what's happened please?

have to agree with you about carol!!! Cant stand her, in our house wecall it the 'CarolVorderman Show' cos she has to try and get in on everything!! she has the most annoying laugh, she needs to just shut the f*** up and do what she's paid for, i wouldnt mind but she cant even solve the numbers problems anymore!!!!

Curlyperm you are SO RIGHT. We absolutely hate her laugh and the way she keeps taking over. She also seems to think she's some kind of supermodel, and she is quite pretty but pleeease! She seems to be believing all her own publicity and is so far up herself. I used to like her, but can't even be in the same room now if she's on. - which means everyday with countdown, if you want a loan, and voiceovers. I think Susie Dent should take over. I also hate the way some of the guests take the credit for the words Susie has found.
