Contact orders

my wfe keeps breaking a contact order that i have set up, what can i do to inforce it. also if i kept my daughter overnight without my wifes permission as im concerned for her welfare on the weekends when she goes out what would the outcome be

Do you have a court order in place for contact? If not, do so ASAP as that is the only way it can be enforced. Sadly thou, if you do, you may ot be able to keep your daughter overnight unless it is part of the contact order.

How ld is your daughter? Who has residency? Both of those questions are important as if your daughter is 11 yrs or older, then she has the right to make her own mind up.
