Following on from the cheating threads...

Wardy's question has brought up diverse ideas on the whole cheating question but it also got me thinking about the different ways women and men look at sexual intercourse.
Some people seem to suggest that men are far more liberal regarding sex and seem to take a "Don't care, it's just sex" attitude whereas some opine that women feel the need to be more emotionally attached and would take any infidelity far more seriously.
Anyhoo, my question is, to men and women alike, is sex better, more enjoyable with or without an emotional connection?

I din't need to be emotionally attached to make it enjoyable. I just think that sex gets better the more you do it with someone. Once you are use to each other and get to know what each other like. By the time you have reached that point there is a good chance that emotions are involved

Far,far better with an emotional connection, without that it is sex with it,it is making love.

i agree with ray, now i may be an old fashioned biddy, but i think that its love that is important, with love sex can be great, without love its cheap and nasty.

i always find it ends up in disaster, when you first try with someone new, well its probably just me, it gets better with time, when you find how to press each others "buttons" but i suppose this is also probably due to emotional attacthment too

Hi Ray, I agree with ray and nursecarla on this! I can't understand some of the youngsters today who go out having decided to have sex, just for a laugh, with as many complete strangers as possible. SOOOOO not my scene and never has been! I know some might find me old fashioned, but I find what is going on today is just sad! People seem to have no self-respect anymore and very few moral values. Inevitably, this ends up in them often having far more regrets and serious problems they then find hard to cope with.

Sex without love is just sex and you could get it anywhere, but it would mean nothing. Sex with love is the best feeling you can have.
