what's the exact issue? You need access, you say you have access and a title to it. Not sure what's wrong here.

the person sell the place own the farm at the top of the drive will not give right of way to the people who are doing the papar work for us as we live in the uk and the place is in ireland
so you're buying a place that has shared access, but you aren't being given access????

Are you crazy?

Take care: Irish law is different from English/Welsh law. You need an Irish solicitor's advice.

got a irsh solicitor who is looking into this for us but i need some one to talk to who might have been in this situ are someone who might tell me if i can do anything about it as the persons tald me that the righ of way whent with the sale
The Right of Way (if it exists) goes with the title to the land. Your solicitor will establish that for you (or not). There's nothing anyone can usefully comment on here - it's all down the rights and restrictions written into the existing land title that your solicitor is assessing, with a view to transferring them to you.
