Being very unfit as I am, I was thinking of getting an air walker as I have heard that these are low impact (easy on the joints) but effective.
Has anyone got one or tried one and what do you think?

Thanks

i've tried one as my parents had one a few years ago. they are good but llike most home exercise machines they get left lonely in the corner after the initial novelty's worn off.

my suggestions is go for a jog or a bike ride. don't forget the benefits of being outdoors! get a friend/partner/child in on the action too so it won't be a chore!

have fun!
Also, although they fold up, they are quite big. So I would have a look at one first and make sure that you have got enough space.

We had one but had to get rid of it as we didn't know it was going to take so much room.
