Just a silly girls life snuffed out...but as her mum says, people on the donor list have been helped, - so some good has come from it 'that sounds a bit harsh'

It's shocking how many people don't wear seat belts. Next time you are out and about have a look. This seems to particuarly be the case with people who drive "flash" cars.

The main reason we have traffic laws is to protect stupid people from their own ignorance. It should be obvious to everybody that driving at 80mph in a built-up area is dangerous, but if there wasn't a law against it, stupid people would do it.

Likewise seatbelts. This story just proves that even if you have legislation, some stupid people cannot be helped.
Tragic if she only desisted from wearing a belt, just to look cool.
