Spam!!

Please how do I get rid of spam. Getting lots of e.mails thro' outlook express, I haven't opened them, and have 'blocked' them, but they still come every day and go straight to my deleted items. Can I get rid of them altogether?

The only way to stop spam arriving on the server of your e-mail provider is to use a 'multiple address' approach to the problem. However, once the mail is on the server you can prevent it being downloaded to your PC by using appropriate software, such as Mailwasher.

It looks like you already have a rule in place that puts them directly into the deleted items folder. If you just want to delete them permanently I believe there is an option to 'empty deleted items folder on exit' within Outlook.
