september sea,sun and sand

a friend of mine is taking his honeymoon late september, flying from london. he wants to go somewhere with sun, sea and sand, not too expensive and not too far from the uk. has anyone been anywhere that they can recommend at that time of year?

canaries (however who can judge the weather these days)
Sardinia & corsica have fantastic beaches. But if you want cheap...Ibiza or menorca. We went to ibiza in october & they had had the hottest oct for 49 years. It was empty & we had whole beaches to our selves. Some are nuddi beaches too.:)
