am desperately trying to purchase a blank recordable cdr done in the shape of a red love heart is there anywhere in this country that anyone knows i might be able to purchase one from please

It wouldn't work.
What you could do is get an inkjet printable one and print a heart onto it.

Just want to point out a blindingly obvious thing!!

Do not under any circumstances try and put a shaped disc in a motorised slot CD player, especially a really expensive Nakamichi car head unit.

Ask my girlfriend how impressed i was about the bill for removing said item !
