I just hope that the new editor is aware of all our requests to so something about the sub-topics (and takes action!!). See the previous Ed's blog from 02/11/06:

Thank you everyone for your many suggestions about the new sub-topics. I have been reading them everyday and writing down all the helpful ideas.

Our tech-experts are working on turning them into reality right now. Some of the sub-topics will soon be long gone, but others it seems, are here to stay.

We will be rolling out some changes over the next few weeks, which should make the Answerbank easier to use, whether you're here to ask or answer a question.

Now is the time to get in any last suggestions about the sub-topics on the Suggestions page, because the new layout will soon be on your screens.

You should start to see changes by next week, but I'll keep you posted on our behind-the-scenes progress!"
