Is it illegal to drive a vehicle whilst topless??

I obviously mean ladies,as you often see men with no t shirt driving in summer.

Well primarily they are for feeding babies it's just that they are associated with sexual attraction probably because they are a sort of symbol of fertility, so I can see why it would be dangerous to drive topless, distracting men and all that...but that doesn't explain why when topless women from the 3rd world are shown on tv no-one gets offended but if it showed a woman in Britain, even in the same situation (ie very poor) her boobs would probably be blurred out...it just doesnt make sense!!

They haven't been brought up to see boobs as sexual and the men probably do not pay that much attention to them. Some of these country's you speak about believe in female circumcision.....say no more

I didnt know that...about the female circumcision thing! I just find it a bit wierd about the rules our society has on things like this, even though I would be a bit shocked if they showed western women with their boobs out on the news, it's just when you think of the different things that are allowed and not allowed its a bit of a strange one!
