Refund on sale items
My daughter bought a dress today, in a sale, but is unghappy with the fit (she didn't try it on in the shop). She asked, before buying it, if she could get a refund if it didn't fit and was told that the shop did not do refunds on sale goods.
Can a shop refuse to give a refund on sale goods ?

That is all.
Many shops offer refunds just because the buyer has changed his mind, or the clothing doesn't fit, but the company doesn't have to. Whether there is a sale or not.
