Looking from the Speaker's chair, the chamber is arranged as two sets of tiered benches (a front-bench and a back-bench) each split by a gangway.

Government bench to the right, Opposition bench to the left.

The Government front-bench before the gangway, immediately to the Speaker's right, is called the Treasury bench.
