no more than rubbing any other part of your anatomy... worse still if you are too enthusiastic with the rubbing, you could damage the skins underlying support structure and make it saggier
Thrust out your chin in a jutting motion and hold for the count of five, do this as often as you can and I was assured it would keep a double chin at bay. I was too lazy to try it and whereas I haven't a double chin the old neck line could be a little more taut - my own fault!
I have a question. I just learned that I have a double chin and I feel strange about it. How often do double chins occur on people? If I knew it was not unusual I would feel so much better. Please let me know someone cause I am confused.
