Did anyone watch lastnights episode, well if we're all in uproar about Jade why the hell isnt the posh girl from this show in all the papers. She said she doesnt like fat people, its there own fault they should eat less and exercise more, and that she doesnt like black people even though she's never met one. Thats she's not for different cultures in England as they should stay in their own country

Because she is the posh girl from a well educated family and has the education to know it�s wrong and offensive; the society we live in will probably accept it because she has been brought up to know better. She went to a all girls public school! probably one that does not allow any other races in it!

Could also be the fact, she is not known to the public eye so ppl are not interested in wanting to set out and destroy her

Well the point about fat people could be true. Maybe the ones that she knows do eat too much and suffer from a lack of exercise and self pity. Didn�t/won�t watch, but it sounds though she is publicly airing her views, Jade�s was a personal public attack on an individual person of an ethnic minority. The woman sounds desperate and despicable (standard/ token I hate all minorities/gays/etc reality TV attention seeking stuff) perhaps the reason this hasn�t been made a big deal of, is because nobody really cares to give her the publicity she is seeking. Sadly for us, Jade was already on that pedestal.

Just like Shilpa, she is from a high respected background and her comments that she made will go unnoticed, yet a poorly educated Girl who makes comments less offensive than the well educated person, is slated for being ignorant.

I've become really saddened by how Jade has been treated. She has appologised genuinely and from her heart, I believe, and her Dad was black!!! so racism was never in the girls head. She has been vitrified for being from the 'ghetto's of Camberwell.
and now we have this 'well educated'? LOL girl being blatantly racist. I do hope she is brought to task over her Ill Educated thoughts.
Her parents must be sooooooooo proud of her, followed closely by her educators. Obviously didn't teach geography there.
I did go to a 'posh' finishing school btw, and we did have different nationalities. I do remember one white South African bullying a black African, it was over 22 yrs ago..... it will never stop. This countries red top media are responsible for a lot of racism but I cannot see this girl ever having read any paper...... so where does her attitude come from? her parents?
as for the fat issue? what on earth has she been watching?
I wonder whom this programme is going to introduce...... we all know what type of person we would like to see on her island now wouldn't we? I rather fancy a lady from the programme 'Sisters in Law'.........

I think I've watched one or two episodes of it in all from when it started several series ago.....I coulsn't bear to watch how they are all on this beautiful tropical island and they bitch and moan, it royally naffed me off.

however the difference here is she is stating her opinion, which she is allowed to do, unfortunately - she has not singled someone out and begun a campaign of bullying based on these beliefs.

jade may not be a racist as such, but she used race as ammunition to fuel the bullying, which is almost as bad as someone who is an out and out racist.

Surely even in public school they are taught about humanist and cultural morality?

This ***** needs to be removed from our screens. The least they could have done was to edit it out, but thats chasing ratings for you. C4 have won publicity again.
