I am not getting hot water but my central heating is working and my boiler

Probably something wrong with the valve that tells your boiler to let heat into the hot water pipes - this is just an amateur talking!

Have you tried removing any air from the system with a bleed key? All the radiators with have a socket on them, maybe the hot water system has too.
