Holiday Entitlement

I work full time 9am-6pm M-F
I get 20 days paid holiday.
I have been here 5 years.

My friend was saying that she thought that by law it should go up by 1 day each year after you had worked for a company for more that 2 years.

I tried to google but didnt really find anything.

That's not correct. The only law relating to holidays is that every worker is entitled to 20 days paid holiday per year, and that's what you get. An employer is not obliged to increase this after a certain length of service.

ooh just 2 let u know when i worked 4 lush in the mail order dept the bank holidays counted in my 20 days a year :0( so if u get the full 20 plus bank hols thats fab!
