Hey. i just wanted to know where i can get good morgage advise.???? i would be a new buyer and new to all of it, so dont have a clue where to start on buying a property. and just wanted advise on how o go about it all, so i have an idea what to aim for.. any advise would be most gratefull...

see if any of your local estate agents have a mortgage adviser 'instore', they can usually search through there systems and also give you a rough idea of what sort of loan you could get along with the different types of mortgage and payment.
