How do household taps work?

Turn them anti-clockwise to turn them on, clockwise to turn them off. Got that?

now this is a tricky one cuz there is many different types. some of them have one tap for hot water and one tap for cold water. both turn clockwise (the direction the hands on a clock go)to turn on, and counter-clock wise (the opposite direction of clockwise)to turn off. Others u need to pull up to turn them on, then you lean it right or left to get the desired temp. This is a tiring workout, so make sure to get a lot of sleep before doing this, and make sure you take your straight jacket off also.
