Outlook / Norton 2007

Am using tiscali smtp / pop3 settings to recieve / send e mail through outlook. All are 100% as tiscali state they should be. But Outlook will not send any mail ... could it have anything to do with Norton 2007 settings ? Or anything else ?

Sounds like a firewall issue. Try disabling norton (you should be able to do this by right-clicking on its icon at the bottom-right of your screen), and then see if it works.

Do you have any other firewall running, like windows firewall?

no .. windows not being used as using norton ...

Then I'd suggest either you have some other software running that's blocking it, or a router, or your settings are wrong.
