Well not to long ago I had said me and my spouse were going threw drama.. well now that he sees that in just 2 days i havent called or looked for him, now he is looking for me and he wants to come back what do i do? do i make him wait and suffer they way he did it with me?

I dont know if he slept with her but he did date her for like 2 months and well I want him to feel what am was feeling you know? like that he can see how much it hurts!!!

don't 'make people suffer'. If you want him back, take him (can't say he sounds like he deserves it). If you don't, don't. If you get a kick out of making each other suffer, perhaps you deserve each other.
