Had a delicious meal at Franky and Bennys yesterday, with the most tasty fries, my kids absolutely loved them,( a rarity for them) and i was wondering, if anyone knew how they were cooked, seasoning? olive oil? or anything so that I can try reproducing them at home for an occasional treat.

I looked at their menu - and my guess would be that they used olive oil - but they have a "Contact Us" link on their website - in case you would like to email them:
