constant underpayment

I have been working foir a company and they are constantly underpaying every week. It is not only me but the majority of employees. When questioned they either say we will put it right in your next wage next week or leave the keys to your van and go home. What can I do?

Are you employed by this company? Do you have a written contract which states your wage? How long have you worked for them?

There are things you can do but it depends on answers to the above.
