Many pages generated by online searches are specifically designed to 'time out' after a short while, so that they become unusable at a later date.
You need to access the home page (or the initial search page) of the library service by manually entering the address (or by Googling for it). Then add this page to your 'Favorites'. You'll alway be able to access this page from there because you'll be making a call on a 'permanent' page, rather than the 'time-lmited' ones which will be in your History folder.

because when i go onto history it brings up titles authors title list etc.but now when i press title or author iinstead of automatically going straight into the library catalogue it says it cant be found, and i've tried the refresh ,i dont want to mess to much because to tell you the truth i dont know that much about computers only what i need to.
The Walsall Libraries server, for their online catalogue, seems to be down at the moment. I can't even get into their home page. I'll try again later but it seems possible that, when you use the History function, you're viewing an old page which is stored in the cache of your computer. When you click on any link from that page, your PC tries to access a new page from the Walsall library server which isn't responding. (i.e. it's possible that there's nothing wrong at your end of things. It's a fault with the library's server).
I'll try later and let you know whether I can access the catalogue.
