Forget all these fancy diets and expensive solutions.
Just eat well and carefully.
Do more exercise, go for short brisk walks or swimming.
Gradually over time your weight will come down and you will feel better.
Weight takes a long time to go on, and can take a long time to come off, so dont see it as a quick fix.
I always say, we are all ON a diet, just that some of us are on bad ones.
So dont go ON a diet, just change the way you eat and what you eat for the rest of your life and you will have a GOOD diet and will gradually lose weight.
