I'm bored with all my cds at the moment and I'm looking for some new (to me!) singers or bands. My favourite bands are Ween, Lambchop, Handsome Family, Nick Cave, Muse. Can anyone with similar tastes suggest some music I might like? Ta.

Try Empathy. Essex quartet. Very good quality. Just got their first record deal last year. Not sure if the albumn is out in the shops yet but the single was released in the latter months of last year. Think you might enjoy.

I always recommend Mark Lanegan, the publicity for new album is a bit overdone but don't let that put you off. Queens of the Stone Age are pretty good and if you can get your hands on it, Desert Sessions 9 & 10 (it's actually one album).
