Limping bunny
2 Answers
Hey all, right i let my 10 week old bunny out of her hutch today and let her have a hop around the living room which she really loves, anyways one minute she was fine then the next she was limping, she was hopping along on 1 back foot and her 2 front feet not putting her back leg down at all. Anyways i was very concerned and picked her up and checked her foot which was the problem there appeared to be nothing stuck in it (and the fact i had hoovered not long ago there wasnt really anything that couldnt of been stuck in it) but when i touched the foot (the front part where her nails are she jumped. She wasnt gritting her teeth or anything so i popped her back in her hutch thinking she may have just landed funny on her foot. She seems fine now is hopping around her hutch using her foot and sat on her back feet as per usual. Do you think this is cause for concern or do rabbits sometimes just land funny on their feet?any help would be great

Rabbits have got kind of long claws so I'd keep them well trimmed if you're gonna let him/her go in the house.
Hope this helps!!!
