try burning slower ?
i assume the download tells you it is an iso file but when its been dl'ed,do you actually see a single iso image file ? when you say one of the games is an iso...what were the others then ?! you need to convert to iso in order to burn.

i think i may know your problem but a bit more info please.
Theres your problem - your using nero. Try using a tool that is designed especially for PS2 burning. Namely http://www.alcohol-soft.com/ . This will also allow you copy original disks. Although you wanna be careful of copyright laws.
