Dance track on German MTV!

My gym (in England) always has German MTV on one of the TVs. There was a dance track on there about 2 months ago (june 2004). It was very catchy and stylish with female vocals (in English) but I cant remember any of the words title or artist! The title was possibly about "love coming agian" (?) and the artists name was one word. It was trancey dance but with a feelgood singer/songwriter feel. The video had a woman wandering about it the desert and a little town. The colouring was all very soft browns and at one point she almost got run over by a track! Please help me out, it's realy annoying me!

It could be Tiesto (DJ Tiesto). He recently had a song called 'Love Comes Again' and that was pretty catchy. It may have had male vocals though. Haven't seen the video though sorry.

I have the Tiesto album (actually wound up checking it out just because of the name of that song!) and thats not it!
