Pumpkin seeds have had a lot of good press recently as a result of the TV series "You are what you eat" where they are alleged to be excellent for improving one's sex drive due to their high levels of zinc. Other than that they would seem to be a good source of other vitamins and minerals and low in fat as well.
Good source of antioxidants which counteract free radicals.
Pumpkin oil (which in Europe usually comes from Slovenia and Styria in South Austria) is very good if used mixed with other less highly-flavoured oil for dressing salads.
