Sky+ Magic Eye not switching channels

Connected to RF2 on Sky +box then through powered amp with digital by pass.Great picture but no control from second TV .Any ideas?

Check that your skybox is set to send a dc current through the RF2 outlet and that the red light on the magic eye is glowing.

Try re-booting the sky box.

Try sending the signal to the second tv without going through the amplifier.

Ckeck all connections - an uninterrupted cable run is best - avoiding connectors, splitters, wall-boxes etc.
