Music websites
Have worked with music for quite a while now and consider my knowledge to be extensive, but for some reason I never look for what I like or listen to what I want - even though have more than enough chances. And the problem is I work with 'NEW' music mainly and although not a bad thing when I get round to filling my IPOD I dont want to listen to the same stuff I do whilst at work. I geta complete mind block when going to fill it up. So was hoping for a website or two that reviews everything or suggests to make things easier for me. I like everything from Metal, Hip-hop, Dance, Rock, Pop - pretty much open to try anything. Just would be nice to find something I havent heard a million times before. So I am calling upon you lovely people to suggest me some web adresses to try. Thanks

Key in an artist you like and alt. suggestions within a similar field are suggested... with their albums etc. down the side... you just keep clicking on the bubbles that appear for more musical links... nice graphics too!
But be quick... I posted this before and it got removed for some reason?...

I've discovered a lot of new stuff recently through emusic.com, which is a store for independent labels only. Sign up soon for 25 free downloads, pick some stuff you like, and then it will start to show you your music "neighbours", people who have similar taste to you. You can then have a listen to what they're interested in. Plus people set up their recommendation playlists (like in itunes) but because it's independent there's some really interesting, obscure stuff about, all sort of genres.
