Moving from UK uni. to Spainish uni.

Is it possible to transfer after your first year at uni. (Advertising and Marketing) in London to a university in either Barcelona or Mallorca. My daughter is currently studying A & M in London and taking Spanish classes and would like to complete her degree in Spain to improve her fluency and seek work in Spain. Does anybody know what steps we should take and if this is possible?
Appreciate any help and guidance, thank you.

You'll have to ask the unis concerned as every institute differs in their rules and allowances
