Best types of commercial compost?

What kind of compost is best for top dressing planted beds? I have a choice of mushroom, steer manure, or a mix of manure, bark and sand.

Mushroom compost for me every time. You might even get a few mushrooms come up too.
All three make great soil conditioners, especially if you have a clay soil but it depends on what you are growing, the mushroom compost usually contains a fair amount of lime, so if you are growing acid loving plants avoid this one.
The steer/ bullock manure probably has a higher nuteient value.
