my friend was a member of yahoo answers but got banned he is unaware of the reason, he wishes to know how he can re register tia

If he tryes to re-register using the same details he will probably get told that he can't. Trying the same email but with different details will probably not work either.
There should be a Q&A section that he can find the answer in or a link to an email that he can send his query to.
