Street Parking
I live in a private residential housing estate, of which there is one main road that runs through the estate.Locatated of the main road there are small adjoining cul-de-sacs with around 5 - 7 houses in each. Within the cul-de-sacs there are three additional parking spaces.Could anyone tell me if these spaces are reserved for the properties in the cul-de-sac or if people on the main road are entitled to use our street as their second parking space. They are also now parking on the grassed area around the bays making it difficult for us to park in our own street.

The 'rules' will be different for each estate. My guess is thay are intended for visitors to the cul de sac but intention is one thing, reality is another.
