Hi Beth,sorry but that is one frustrating question!
The impled term theory is that 'A contract will only be discharged when the court can imply a term into the contract that the contract will end on the occurrence of a certain event', per Lord Loreburn from
Tamplin Steamships Co Ltd v Anglo-Mexican Products 1[1916] 2 AC 397.
